Michael Hillinger, Ph.D. (Lexicon Systems). Principal Investigator and Project Manager. Dr. Hillinger managed all components of the project and was responsible for the overall instructional and functional design.


Mark Lorah (1on1 eLearning). Mr. Lorah was the principal programmer and graphic designer for the game/scenario.


Jeremy Merritt (Merritt Consulting Group). Mr. Merritt created the "back end" programming that linked the STELLA model with the game/scenario.


Chris Soderquist (Pontifex Consulting). Mr. Soderquist was responsible for creating the STELLA model that formed the basis of our simulation.


John F. Heinbokel, Ph.D. (Center of Interdisciplinary Excellence in System Dynamics) Teacher/consultant. Dr. Heinbokel has extensive experience using system dynamics in instruction and he provided insights on content and design.


P. Jeffrey Potash, Ph.D. (Center of Interdisciplinary Excellence in System Dynamics) Teacher/consultant. Dr. Potash has extensive experience using system dynamics in instruction and he provided insights on content and design.


Melinda Jarvis (Norwich University) Instructional Designer. Ms. Jarvis contributed to the creation of events and oversaw the production of video units.


Ann Rivet, Ph.D.
(Teacher's College, Columbia University). Dr. Rivet was our consultant on science curriculum standards and methods of integrating our proposed product into the national and state standards.


Charles Kinzer, Ph.D. (Teacher's College, Columbia University). Dr. Kinzer was responsible for the summative testing of the prototype. He also offered insights on instructional design.
